Capriotti’s NEW Palazzo opened in January 2012. The Palazzo offers a lighted parking lot for 210 vehicles.

A covered portico entrance for your guests, so fearing the weather at the drop off is a worry no more!

 

A charming bridal room awaits the Bridal party upon their arrival to enjoy refreshments prior to their introductions.

Our attractive and clean restrooms offer handicap accessibility, not to mention our family restroom is equipped for

parents with small children.

 

The outdoor patio areas on either side of the facility can be used for a various amount of things such as: onsite ceremonies, cocktail hours, and for a breath of fresh air during your event.

We are a leading caterer in the Hazleton Area and pride ourselves in offering outstanding HOMEMADE foods and a professionally trained service staff. This dynamic combination will create an event sure to please your guests. This will eliminate any chance of embarrassment for you as hosts. Our culinary staff practices the highest levels of sanitation and always prepares ample amounts of food. We receive food orders three times per week for our always fresh inventory.

Our staff is friendly, trained, mature, professionally attired, and have many years of experience. Capriotti’s takes great pride in our amazing servers, bartenders, and chefs. We never require an outside temp agency or outsource staffing service. In fact, most of our staff has been with us for more than ten years!

 

All of the servers at your wedding will be knowledgeable, hospitable, and trained in the art of serving your guests. Capriotti’s employees go through weeks of training each year and have been empowered to make sure YOUR day is perfect – so any of your guest's requests, large or small,  will be accommodated with a smile and "my pleasure” to anything you desire!

We understand that details matter--which is why Capriotti’s plans your wedding as if it is their own special day. We make sure every light bulb is working, restrooms are freshened, and outdoor areas are tended- especially with snow! Your personal event planner will make sure the table seating is correct, table linens are crisp and straight on tables, napkins are perfectly folded,  the cake has arrived and is on display, and the glasses, plates, and silverware are pristine. Your chef will prepare plenty of delicious foods, and even special platters can be prepared for guests with allergies or special needs.

The proud owners of Capriotti's: Tom Trella (left) and Bobby Veet (right), are here for each event. They open the doors to Capriotti's every day and their work day can be 12-14 hours or sometimes even longer! Along with their team, they help with booking events, deliveries, cooking, and making sure each table setting and menu item is to perfection before public viewing. They take their business very seriously so they make sure everything at Capriotti’s is always to their high standards for their valued guests, who they treat like family.

Your Personal Event Planner is a true PROFESSIONAL at Capriotti’s. There are a lot of details and things to get done when planning a wedding. Having your own personal event planner helps make the process fun, stress-free, and easy. At your appointment we will discuss menus, linens, and all of those tiny details to create your vision.

 

Whether you prefer face to face meetings, emails, or phone calls – your planner will work with you to make certain your wedding is as perfect as you imagined. We are available for phone calls every day AND all day.

We will even “set” your table with your choice of linens prior to the wedding to make sure you are completely satisfied with what you envisioned. We will give you recommendations on the finest florists, DJs, bakers, overnight accommodations, etc. We setup your place cards, favors, photos and any other special items you wish to display on your day.

Coolers, freezers, and dishwasher maintain  required temperatures. Daily, weekly and monthly check lists are created to record cleaning schedules.

 

Our "Back of the House" looks just as good and the "Front of the House"!
